• Payment Security: All online payments are handled securely through Paystack and Yoco. We do not store, view, or have access to your credit card or banking details.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY (MAGAZINES & DOWNLOADS)

Because our digital magazine issues and publications are delivered instantly via access links upon purchase, they cannot be physically returned or exchanged.

• No Refunds on Downloads: All sales of digital products and magazine downloads are final. Refunds or cancellations will not be issued once a purchase is completed.

• Technical Support: If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your file, please contact us immediately at info@govagroup.co.za with your order number, and we will manually send you a fresh copy.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS RETURN & REFUND POLICY (MERCHANDISE)

We take great pride in our product quality. If your physical merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we are here to assist you with a refund or exchange subject to the following strict conditions:

• 7-Day Return Window: Any claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to us within seven (7) days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

• Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in the exact original packaging and condition in which you received them.

• Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
